Contract For Sale Of Real Estate

CONTRACT made on [Date] by and between [Name] of [Address], hereinafter referred to as "Seller", and [Name] of [Address], hereinafter referred to as "Buyer" do hereby agree as follows:

For valuable consideration, the Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to buy this property for the following price and on the following terms:
