Public Charitable Trust

1. Introduction. This Agreement is entered into this [date], by and between [name] of [address] (Donor), and [name] of [address] (Trustee), and Trustee's successor, as Trustee in compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. General Purpose. The purchase of this Agreement is to create a public charitable Trust for [description of purpose of trust, e.g., music and art scholarship].

3. Corpus of Trust. Donor grants [or, conveys, assigns, transfers] the property described in Exhibit A annexed to this Agreement and made a part thereof [omitted] to Trustee, and his successor, as public charitable trustee.
