Lease Termination Agreement
THIS LEASE TERMINATION made ________ day of ________ [Month] 20 __, by and between ________ [Name] of ________ [Address], hereinafter referred to as "Landlord", and ________ [Name] of ________ [Address], hereinafter referred to as "Tenant".
Acknowledgment is as follows:
IN CONSIDERATION of a lease between the parties, duly signed and dated on the ________ day of ________ [Month] 20 __, both Landlord and Tenant agree to terminate said lease.
The parties further agree:
(a) The aforementioned lease shall end on the ________ day of ________ [Month] 20 __, at the hour of ___ AM/PM.
(b) Landlord and Tenant shall release each other of all obligations and accountability under said lease.
(c) All existing terms and conditions of said lease will endure in full force and remain in effect before termination.
Both parties agree not to molest, harass, interfere with, or impose any restraint upon the other, except as set out in this lease termination.
In connection with this lease termination Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, each party to this lease termination will execute and deliver any additional documents and perform any additional acts that may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate and perform its obligations under this lease termination and the transactions contemplated hereby.
This lease termination Agreement is of a personal nature and may not be assigned.
Transfer of Rights. This lease termination Agreement shall be binding on any successors of the parties.
Governing Law. The parties hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that this lease termination Agreement is entered into in the State of [STATE] and, to the extent permitted by law, this lease termination shall be construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE].
