Lease Amendment Agreement
LEASE AMENDMENT AGREEMENT made this ________ day of ________,[Month] 20 __, by and between ________ [Name] of ________ [Address], hereinafter referred to as "Landlord", and ________ [Name] of ________ [Address], hereinafter referred to as "Tenant", relative to a certain lease for premises known as [Describe] and dated the ________ day of ________, 20 __ [Lease].
IN CONSIDERATION of the aforementioned lease, Landlord and Tenant agree to amend said lease as follows:
In respect to all other aspects of said lease its terms and conditions shall remain in full force and continue effective.
Both parties agree not to molest, harass, interfere with, or impose any restraint upon the other, except as set out in this lease amendment.
In connection with this lease amendment and the transactions contemplated hereby, each party to this lease amendment will execute and deliver any additional documents and perform any additional acts that may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate and perform its obligations under this lease amendment and the transactions contemplated hereby.
This lease amendment Agreement may be modified or amended, if the amendment is made in writing and is signed by both parties.
This lease amendment Agreement is of a personal nature and may not be assigned.
Transfer Of Rights. This lease amendment Agreement shall be binding on any successors of the parties.
