Water Rights Deed

[Name] Owner, hereinafter referred to as Owner, hereby grants to [Name] hereinafter referred to as Grantee, Grantee's heirs and assigns, the perpetual right to use water on the demised premises as follows:

(See Attched Exhibit Marked "A")

as well as the right of ingress and egress through the shortest route possible appurtenant to the right of the use of water. Owner's grant relates to such waters as may be on the premises from time to time, and by this conveyance owner does not guarantee or assure any particular amount or quality of water shall be available.

Grantee may only assign these rights to any entity which purchases the following real property from Grantee:

This deed grants water rights only and no other rights.
