Parking Space Lease

This Agreement is made and entered in this ______________ day of ____________, 20 __, between ____________, of _____________, hereinafter referred to as "Landlord" and __________, of ______________, hereinafter referred to as "Tenant".

WHEREAS, Landlord desires to lease to Tenant and Tenant desires to lease from Landlord the premises generally described as ___________, it is herein agreed as follows:

1. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant parking space located at the premises described above and designated as space No. _______, for a term of _____ beginning ____________ and ending ______________.

2. Tenant agrees to pay the stipulated rent in advance on the (--) day of each month to Landlord or his agent by mail or in person to Landlord or his agent at their respective addresses as noted above.

3. Upon receiving any payment of parking space rent in cash, Landlord agrees to issue a receipt stating the name of Tenant, the amount of rent paid, the designation of the parking space and the period for which said rent is paid.

4. Tenant affirms his understanding that Landlord does not furnish attendants for the parking of automobiles, and if any employee of Landlord shall, at the request of the Tenant, handle, move, park or drive any vehicle placed in the parking area, then, and in every case, such employee shall be deemed the agent of Tenant, and Tenant, not the Landlord, shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense that may be suffered or sustained in connection therewith or arising from the acts of Tenant or any employee who may be acting as agent of Tenant.

5. Landlord is not responsible for items left in any vehicle parked in the designated space.

6. Invalid Provisions. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable under any present or future law, then that provision will be fully severable. This Agreement will be construed and enforced as if the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision had never comprised a part of this Agreement, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect and will not be affected by the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision or by its severance from this Agreement. Furthermore, in lieu of each such illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision, there will be added automatically, as a part of this Agreement, a provision as similar in terms to such illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision as may be possible and be legal, valid and enforceable.

7. Further Assurances. In connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, each party to this Agreement will execute and deliver any additional documents and perform any additional acts that may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate and perform its obligations under this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby.

8. Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.

Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State].
