Record Accuracy

At the close of each fiscal year there will be an individual accounting firm, elected by majority vote of the partners, which will be given the responsibility of producing a complete audit of partnership records to ensure the highest level of accuracy.

If that firm shall encounter any incongruities in records, the reasons and adjustments shall be resolved before the measurement of net profit or loss.
