Access Of Heirs Of Deceased To Records

Heirs or representatives of deceased partners shall be given access to the partnerships record books. Those heirs or representatives may make copies of these records or any part thereof without interfering during regular business hours. This may continue until such part that the surviving partners can purchase the deceased partners share of interest, or until its division has been settled.
